Insurance Recommendations Submitted to the Texas Legislature
Texas is suffering an insurance crisis of the insurance industry's making. The policies their lobbyists have pushed for years have only resulted in higher prices and less coverage for you. Now, they are largely recommending more of the same, and some are even saying you should have fewer legal rights. That's a recipe for disaster.
We commend the Texas House Committee on State Affairs for studying solutions. Our state needs better oversight to reduce rates, improve coverage, and ensure fair claims handling.
