Our Newest Team Member

We are thrilled to announce a new addition to our team this session. Peyton Hays will be helping Texas Watch as our Legislative Intern. 

Peyton is a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently studying English and is a student in the Liberal Arts Honors Program and the Jefferson Scholars Program. In addition to her undergraduate studies, Peyton is a member of the Kappa Delta Sigma Epsilon chapter, Creative Writers at UT club, and Liberal Arts Council where she writes for The Liberator magazine. When she isn’t studying, you can find her working on her latest novel and reading about ancient history. 

Peyton will be assisting Texas Watch with research projects and communicating our message of safety and accountability at the Texas Capitol. We are fortunate to have her fighting for the rights of working families and consumers this session.
