S.1979 and H.R.4120 protect older workers from workplace discrimination by preserving their day in court. Too many employers bury arbitration clauses in the fine print of employment agreements. Arbitration is a secretive process that limits your ability to gather evidence and often works against everyday Americans. Big corporations love arbitration because it allows them to sweep their wrongdoing under the rug, but it deprives us of our constitutional right to trial by a jury of our peers in open court.
Tell Congress to pass this legislation immediately so older workers are protected from discrimination. We must end #forcedarbitration and restore our constitutional rights. Please take one minute to sign our petition!
